Paradise Rock Club has been a Boston live-music institution since the 1970s. Its intimate scale makes it a fitting setting for a lively, nostalgia-focused night, with the venue's standing-room layout bringing attendees close to the action. The club is located at 967 Commonwealth Ave, near Boston University and the city's Kenmore Square and Fenway areas.

Venue and Seating Information

Paradise Rock Club has a capacity of approximately 933 and generally offers general admission standing rather than assigned seats. The Main Floor puts guests closest to the stage; arriving early can help secure a front-row position. For a less crowded vantage point, the raised standing platform at the back offers an elevated view, while side bar areas provide another place to watch the show. Sightlines may feel more distant from the far-back corners.

The venue has a full bar. Accessibility arrangements and event-specific policies can vary, so contact the venue directly with questions before attending. Mobile and electronic tickets are standard according to the venue information provided; confirm delivery and entry details with the ticket seller.

Parking and Transportation

Parking around Commonwealth Avenue can be limited, particularly when Boston University events are taking place. The MBTA Green Line B branch to BU West is a practical alternative to driving. If you plan to bring a car, review current availability, restrictions, and prices before setting out.

• Nearby reserved lots: SpotHero lists parking options roughly 0.1–0.3 miles from the club, with estimated prices of $10–$25. Availability and rates vary; reserve ahead when possible. Check nearby parking on SpotHero.
• BU-area street parking: Metered spaces may be available within a few blocks, but availability is limited and some streets require resident permits. Read posted signs carefully.
• Fenway-area garages: Garages approximately 0.5–1 mile away may offer another option, with estimated rates of $15–$30. Confirm current pricing and walking or rideshare arrangements in advance.
